this company is excellent. I placed a new roof and sided my home. the service was quick and extremely professional. i have used Preferred 23 yrs ago and chose them for my current job. they do not disappoint .

I dealt with Matthew in the office he made the process enjoyable and kept his word, I will continue using Preferred for all my projects, A+ staff and quality , it’s true you get what you pay for!

We are very happy with our roof and gutter installation on our home and garage. From the inception of our contact with Matt from Preferred we knew this was the roofing company to perform the services on our home. Matt kindly answered all of our questions. My husband is very thorough and contacted Matt several times with follow up questions and Matt always responded. Nicole was prompt and very responsive whether by phone or email. She is an absolute darling. Approximately 15 gentleman worked on the main house and garage.....not once would you have known they were present. Each day they were there, the debris was picked up with no evidence of their labor. Excellent customer service, professional, knowledgeable and transparent. Thank you Matt and Nicole for a great experience.

We had our roof replaced by Preferred Exterior in January '21 and couldn't be happier! Scheduling with Matt and Nicole was easy and the estimate was fair. The crew that installed the roof was fantastic. They were hard working, neat and finished on time. The foreman was fantastic. We had a few unexpected issues that they were able to repair. They are very knowledgeable and professional. A great company all around!

Matt delivered everything as promised in our initial meeting and subsequent quote. He sent over a team of 8 installers right on time to start the job, and completed the job in 2 days as promised. His crew were professional, meticulous in cleanliness and cleanup, respectful of neighbors property, communicated with me often, and worked non stop in cold conditions. Nicole , on a daily basis, provided updated status and next day expectations. Total team effort!
