I have been a patient of Dr. Forde since a bad car accident in 2010 that left me with many herniated disc , causing migranes and bad back pain. These symtoms are triggered when im active or stressed. I enjoy exercising. I never thought I could go back to my exercise routine after physical therapy and decided to not have surgery due the to the risks. I was referred to Dr. Forde by my orthopedic. Dr. Forde has helped me lead an active life again. Pain free under her care. Thank you Dr.Forde for helping me :)
Dr. Forde is an extremely professional doctor, who is compassionate and willing to listen to the patient in pain. She is willing to share her knowledge which is vast and bountiful. I wish more doctors had the same bedside manner and care for their patients.
I've been a patient of Dr. Forde since being diagnosed with a condition in 1994 (I was a young child at that time). Thankfully Dr. Forde helped manage some of the worst symptoms and not just the pain associated with the disease. Since then, on and off, over the years I've had to visit Dr. Forde in less-than-ideal times and she has been a helping hand in managing symptoms and speeding recovery like none other. God bless.
