When it came to my parents case the entire staff was extremely helpful and this Sarah Moise just sounds like a spiteful person who's just mad that she got in trouble for something as irresponsible as calling out when you are a new employee. I appreciate that irresponsible people like this are not a part of a company that people like me rely on for the care of our parents.
