Heritage Oyster Bay (formerly Norwich Gate Luxury Rentals)

The Norwich Gate holiday party was lovely and much appreciated by the residents! Aisha, Lisa and Cecelia were wonderful hostesses and the food and wine were delicious! We all hope there can be more community celebrations and gatherings in the future! Thank you!
(The only issue was the delay in entering while signing waivers at the last minute, but hopefully that process can be corrected.)

This is such a wonderful place to live! The grounds are kept well and the apartments are beautiful. The support team is very responsive and kind and always willing to help you. The social events are an amazing perk for the community here and we look forward to many more events at the clubhouse!

David is fantastic. He is super friendly, detailed, and answered all of my questions. 10/10 - thank you, David! 😊

Update as of 7/19 - David came back for another service request and he was able to quickly and efficiently fix my issue. He is such a pleasure to work with. Thank s again!

The maintenance team does an awesome job with snow removal. The few times I need them for repairs or just even need help putting a light fixture back up, they are very, very quick and accommodating. While everyone is nice and friendly, Ted is exceptionally helpful, kind, good at what he does and always with a smile!

1/26/22: thank you so much for hosting an amazing clubhouse reopening party. It’s really nice to see the community come together, socialize and get to know each other. I really hope to see more of these get togethers!! The clubhouse is beautiful. I am a detail person and no detail was spared in this renovation.
