The Ladybug Playhouse Nursery School

This is from a parent who really struggled to find a great preschool, and this place treated and educated my 4 year-old more than our expectations. She's been attending here from 6/2022 all the way to her very last day of this summer, and Andrea, Deneeta, and her staff were extremely thorough with all toddler and preschool programs and activities, as well as being trained in all aspects including potty training. They all maintain an excellent communication throughout the school year and follow all town and NYS protocols. I have tried 4 other places for my then-preschooler son and current child and none were as nearly as great as this one. Take it from a very picky parent, and just see it for yourself how your children grow in this place. But here is the negative... they fill QUICK. :)

My Family and I love the lady bug playhouse my daughter has been attending school there since last July, she loves it. The program is very educational and fun. Everything is very hands on and playful as it should be at this age! I'm very happy with what my daughter has learned in this school. The director, and teaching assistants are very sweet and attentive! I feel very comfortable entrusting my child with these ladies, they are the Best!!!

All 3 of my kids went here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The teachers and staff are so dedicated. My 4 year old absolutely loves it. He has the best time and he learns so much. When my daughter had her kindergarten assessment they couldn’t believe she could count to over 100. The teachers in the elementary school wanted to know where she went to pre k! The communication is excellent. We get frequent emails and daily “himama” reports and photos of the day. If you want a school where your child will be safe, have fun and learn; Ladybug Playhouse is your answer!

I cannot say enough great things about Lady Bug Playhouse. I was so nervous to leave my son anywhere but they reassured me he was in the very best hands and he surely was. The only reason he is leaving is because we unfortunately are moving out of state or he would be staying for as long as he could! The environment is clean, bright and full of light. The teachers are kind loving and understanding. You can reach them at any time and they get back to you right away. They make every child feel important and safe. They have so much fun learning with music and activities. My son was lucky enough to have the teacher Ms. Andrea who he talks about all the time, the teacher’s assistant Ms. Deb he runs up to when he sees her and always wants to sit with her for story time. I have loved the staff so much and cannot say enough great things about Liz. Sometimes only the teachers get recognized and I want to take a minute to recognize and appreciate Liz who works at the front desk and takes all the calls and helps organize everything. She dealt with me calling more than wanted I’m sure to check in and make sure everything was ok. She too has been a gem. Loving, kind and welcoming. Thank you so much to Lady Bug for everything. For giving me peace of mind while teaching Leo all that he has learned- numbers, letters, manners, sharing, just everything.

My son has been going here for about a year and half. He is always happy to be there and does so many fun activities. He is also so ready for kindergarten because of all the learning they do. It is a fun safe and friendly environment. I have not had one concern the whole time he has been there. I plan to have all my kids go through Ladybug!
