I was in a ton of pain yesterday and a buddy had connected me with Dr Scott. within hours I was in his office and feeling much better. Not like your average physical therapist Dr Scott really takes his time with you. I’m definitely looking forward to going back. Thanks Doc

The entire time you’re there you get 1:1 attention, and you never feel like you’re being rushed out. They are all super knowledgeable, and the environment is so friendly and accommodating. It’s evident they really care about their clients and love what they do. They even take your music recommendations since their taste is quite questionable ;)

Dr. Scott has created a dynamic practice. At my initial assessment, he was intuitive and respectful, opening a private space for me to share my pains and concerns. Through hands-on practice, Scott and his team of patient, collaborative, knowledgeable, respectful, positive professionals always help me move better, feel better, and enjoy life fuller. Love your sessions, do the homework, feel better. What a great place.

Just had my first experience with Long Island Stretching Institute and it was first class! I worked with Rob and some assistant staff and they were incredibly knowledgeable. Scott, the owner was very friendly and accommodating when I had to reschedule due to a conflict. They answered all my questions, helped me understand why I was feeling the way I was feeling in certain parts of my body and helped me move better overall. I have a competition coming up and I feel much more confident in my mobility already! Thank you guys so much for your help! I'll definitely be returning!

Scott has put together a phenomenal facility here. He has a fantastic knowledgeable team that incorporates massaging, stretching and strength training to fit what your body needs in order to get it working efficiently.

Highly recommend this place for any type of alignments you have with your body.
