(July 6, 2022, 3:31 pm)Beverly Benjamin is truly an asset to your company. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and caring. She and her coworker truly know their clients. A gentleman apparently left his cellphones (yes, 2!) at Citibank, and they knew enough to know who to call to help inform him of his lost possessions. In this day and age, it's so nice to walk in and smell that the place is thoroughly disinfected and to interact with such pleasant people!
