They did a great job. We had an issue with how the house was sealed up and they were the only company we trusted to do the job right especially if we were spending all this money on new siding. They took the time to make sure the foundation and house was all sealed properly before putting the Siding up. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with how it came out. And we don’t have the drafts or other issues like we had in the past. We would highly recommend them

I used LI Precision for Gutter and Roof installation. Irwin is very professional and easy to reach with any questions with the installation. I had a small leakage after the gutter installation, I notified Irwin, his guy came the same day to fix the issue. Top notch service!

From start to finish, they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy which I appreciated. Irvin and Steve were always easily accessible to discuss any plans and Irvin was great the day of the install, keeping us updated with photos throughout the day. I noticed a roof leak after some heavy rain a few weeks ago so I needed to get some estimates and then decide which company to go with for a new roof installation. I called LI Precision Home Improvement and Irwin stopped by to survey my roof then give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and came across as being very honest. The day of the job, his crew showed up on time and were very pleasant. There was one glitch though. After pulling up the existing shingles, the plywood underneath was only 3/8" and not the standard 1/2" or thicker. So, I needed to purchase and install the thicker plywood in addition to the shingles. Irwin explained the situation to me and I decided to go forward with the thicker plywood. His crew did an outstanding job installing the plywood and shingles in the same day. The workmanship is great. I also want to give a shout out to Steve who handled all the paperwork. I definitely recommend this company for roofing repairs or installations. Great family run business.
