I visited the Syosset office of Ear Works Audiology and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist and audiologist! Dr. Alyssa Pfaffe is professional, knowledgeable, and has the sweetest personality. Her clear explanations and patience contributed to an overall very pleasant experience.

I had received one of their “Complimentary” hearing test appointment cards in the mail & was definitely in need of being tested because of the hearing difficulties I had been having at work.
I kept putting off going to be checked & not knowing where to go!
I made an appointment ASAP & was seen by Alyssa Pfaffe, AU.D.
Alyssa was not only kind & caring, but very knowledgeable & took the time to answer all my questions.
I needed hearing aids in both ears. My insurance made it possible to receive “Oticon” which are highly rated & Bluetooth accessible!
Five days later I had my “new ears”,""all thanks to Alyssa and not to mention Sarah who was there from the beginning scheduling my 1st appointment & answering my initial questions.
I am so grateful to Ear Works & their swift action in helping me….everything went so smoothly!!
My being able to hear everything now has changed my life for the better & has also given me more self confidence.

Hello all I am PCA at an assisted living facility and I bring many of my patients here to get their hearing aids. I love bringing them here. Joy at the front desk always greets us with a smile. We are never just patients she makes us feel like family. The patients love that. Dr. Lindsay Block knows what she is doing.
