Rallye BMW service center is my go to for servicing my vehicles. My service advisor Anthony is always available for any questions I may have and is always willing to go the extra mile. I’ve never had an issue with any part of my service appointments from start to finish - drop off, loaner, pick up. The entire team is very flexible and accommodating. As long as you communicate with them - nothing is really an issue. If you’re in the NYC area — I highly recommend the commute to this service center. Brooklyn is closer to me — but the customer service at Rallye is top tier.

This is my second time getting a car at Rallye BMW. The sales staff is so friendly and attentive. My sales rep Keith went above and beyond and made the entire process stress free and seamless. My genius expert did a fantastic job at explaining all the features of the car and didn’t mind showing me things multiple times. Their level of service is unmatched!
