The best dealership experience I’ve had. Justin helped me buy a scrambler and then trade that scrambler for a streetfighter and made everything as easy as possible. Couldn’t be happier with my new bike.

After being t-boned on a two-lane highway in Jersey City we brought our Monster 769 to the Ducati of SoHo to be serviced and repaired. This was our first experience working with the Ducati team and - from the moment we pulled up (they opened their doors two hours early) and welcomed us into their store, asking how they could help.
From beginning to end, we were treated with the utmost curtsy, respect, attentiveness and overall exceptional customer service. The people who work here are more than professionals. All the employees are riders and have a great passion for what they do. Mike and Angel run an outstanding service department and they did a fantastic job fixing the bike. Justin, a sales professional , was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. I called to ask questions regarding the brand, finance programs, details about the products, and other information; and he was super patient when MOST would not be. Being in the automotive industry for over 10+ years, I have to say that was one of the most professional/helpful calls I have ever had calling another dealer. He knew he was gaining nothing from me as far as a sale and he still maintained a very high level of patience, kindness, and helpfulness. Frank on the sales floor. Really was very help and tried to give me quality service and attention while in the store. Must high end shops ignore you until they see your platinum card. But Frank showed honesty and integrity in his role at Ducati and working with current and potential customers. Which is smart. GOOD JOB!!!!

I had to pleasure of working with Nick. I was riding a 2019 Monster 797 and was just browsing their online inventory. They had the new Streetfighter V2 in stock and I called and got setup to look at it. He was super knowledgeable and made the entire process super easy. I got a good trade in for the bike and left with a huge smile on my face. Nick took his time explaining the whole bike, got my mirrors set, my plates on. It was a great experience. Not only Nick was great but the whole team there is also so friendly and accommodating. Nick took the time to introduce me to Angel the service manager, the parts department, and the apparel/gear department. This is a one stop shop. I will be a patron there even though there are closer Ducati stores to me. Thanks again Nick & the whole team!
