Clean and safe atmosphere. Very nice staff and quick without feeling rushed. To the point accurate. Dr. Andrew Rosen meeting for the first time. Seems like a nice person and to the point. Keeps you informed of what is going on with one's self.
My son fell and hurt his knee badly. (he is still on crutches almost 4 weeks later). He went to see Dr Rosen who referred him for an MRI. Afterwards phoned to tell us the result (his practice had told us we could either opt for a phone call, or could come in person to hear the result). Possibly due to a miscommunication, Dr Rosen was minimalist on the phone and said everything was fine as it was not an ACL tear. I was upset at the brevity of the call and the absence of any advice or information (until I specifically asked if I should be seeking physiotherapy, how long it would take to heal, what kind of treatment was needed in the meantime etc) beyond saying there was no need for surgery. I took my son to a physiotherapist who was excellent and has helped to fill in the gaps in our understanding, and helped my son on the long, slow (continuing) path to recovering his knee function and being able to walk again. When I complained about Dr Rosen's lack of communication , he was much more responsive. He apologised for any misunderstanding and has offered to see my son again, and to advise him. I was impressed by his responsiveness to the complaint and his willingness to make amends.
Great service. The receptionists followed up with me over the phone after I contacted them on their website. They also followed up after my diagnosis and were very caring and accomodating. DR Rosen is great. He diagnosed my injury immediately and contacted me personally as soon as possible to let me know so I could adapt my training plan. He is an avid runner himself which I found really comforting and helpful.
Dr Rosen is to the point in explaining in detail how to treat my osteoarthritic knees going forward. The office staff is friendly & courteous. Dr Rosen has excellent bedside manner (if that phrase is still in use). I felt reassured leaving the office.
Because my wife had a great experience with him, I decided to see Dr. Rosen when I encountered some mysterious foot pain early in my marathon training cycle. The staff at his practice are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rosen reviewed my X-rays and had a detailed conversation with me about what I was experiencing. He put together a treatment plan that completely resolved the issue, and he was kind enough to contact me after the marathon to see how I was feeling. Dr. Rosen is a wonderful doctor, and I would recommend him to anyone.
