Red Inside

This was my first cooking class and it was such a great experience. Red was very knowledgeable about the cuisine and explained instructions very well for the group to make their pasta — while still letting us have fun. In addition to being friendly, funny and a great chef, I left three very sentimental items that night; He collected and returned them to me. Can’t thank him enough for such a great night (along with my best friend who booked the class). Thanks, Red & team!

We love cooking at home and wanted to up our game -- so signed up for the French Connection class. Great choice! The dishes/recipes were classic and while deceptively simple, used techniques and ingredients combinations that added wonderful textures, depth and flavor. Chef Zivko was a great instructor -- patiently teaching us everything from knife skills, to a foolproof way of caramelizing sugar. The highlight was eating together at the communal table -- enjoying our French creations. Looking forward to taking our next class!

Was looking for something that my daughter was interested in. Found Red Inside. Surprised my daughter Elise with a cooking culinary experience for her birthday. Sushi class with Chef Nora. Learned a lot & had fun. Elise said it was her favorite part of the trip. Nailed it as a parent

My daughter and I attended the pasta making workshop last night and it was wonderful. I was looking for an experience to share with her as a surprise and it exceeded our expectations. The chefs were informative, patient and fun. We also learned knife skills and other tips. The dishes that we made were absolutely delicious. We look forward to attending future workshops. I highly recommend this workshop!

The first time I’ve ever taken a cooking class and I did it with Chef Ivan and his team! This was an absolute delight, not only was he extremely patient and educational, the food was insanely delicious. He made it so fun for each of us, and the entire set up was beautiful. This won’t be my last class to attend of his!
