They have great customer service and they always put their customers always first. I love how they are able to clean your place even if you have a Pet. I currently have a dog and I called various places and they would reject me just because of that, and with Maid Marines they were very friendly and playful with my 9 month doberman. I'm telling you look no further this is the best cleaning service in NYC.

First time hiring a cleaning service and all I can say is that I am impressed with their service. One day I had a bunch of my friends over for a birthday celebration and we left a huge mess. Maid Marines Cleaning Services has to be the best cleaning service I've ever used! They were so efficient and left my house spotless. I was so surprised with them, mostly because the last two places I've used weren't as good so I wasn't expecting much when I called up Maid Marines but they proved me wrong! The staff was very courteous and really cared about doing a job well done, which is more than I can say for the other places I've used. If you want a cleaning service that is reliable and will exceed your expectations, Maid Marines is definitely the way to go.

Wow, this service is amazing. Last weekend, my aunt needed to clean her apartment in Manhattan. The service I usually call was busy so I decided to try Maid Marines. It was the greatest decision I ever made. Their service completely exceeded my expectations. The apartment should have taken at least 4 hours to clean. However, they cleaned it in less than 2 hours! I would definitely recommend this to any person who needs it.

Not sure where to start with Maid Marines, but overall their service can be summed up in one word, exceptional.
I've worked with other companies before but their work does not reach the level of Maid Marines.
I had multiple questions before I decided to go with their Services because I was left skeptical from the services I've had from previous companies. But one short phone call, which took a wait about 10 seconds, had left all my questions answered, and a time set up for my Maid Marines to come.

The two Maid Marines that I had came just on time, and started as soon as they got there. They were extremely cooperative on the certain things that I told them to not touch. I excepted them to be completely appalled at my mess of a place, but, needless to say, they were prompt and ready to get the job done.

I was glad I didn't have to provide any cleaning products for them (like I had to for previous companies)
The floor was left spotless, and even the hard to reach spots were dusted off.
Everything was finished under 3 hours, including all the dirty stains in the kitchen, including my fridge AND microwave.

I was impressed by how efficiently they worked and under the short amount of time and for the affordable price it was at!!! Will definitely have Maid Marines Service again.
