  We were greeted by the staff and offered coffee or snacks on our entry. However, Rich Sanders was down to earth and thorough with his service, and it was the best hour or so my wife and I spent in changing insurance carriers.

  This is my first time getting my own insurance. Dan and Rich have been very patient with me and helpful in explaining everything to me. They offer as many discounts as possible to help a current college student on their own, such as myself. The environment is welcoming and they make it easy to contact their office or talk to real people rather than machines!

  So happy with my switch to State Farm! I called to get a quote and spoke with Dylan, he was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the best rate. I’m saving over $50 with my car and renters insurance. Then I was able to sit down with Dan and he thoroughly went over my policy and made sure I was set with everything I needed. Great staff, great office, great insurance rates!

  Rich from Mr. Schmidt office was wonderful, very professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain my policies to me. I’m very happy that I gave them my business. I absolutely would recommend them.

  Jess and Dan were absolutely amazing! To find well informed, friendly and great customer service is unfortunately difficult to find, especially nowadays. Jess was so informative and helpful for my home owners insurance and Dan was so patient and answered all of my questions and gave fantastic feedback on my term life policy. There's a reason I have everything through these guys and it's because of people like Jess and Dan. Possibly a little pricier than other places but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and with these guys, you get quality help and fantastic coverage. Thank you so much!!!
