At 10:00am day before the snow storm I called requesting new tires, mine were not going to make it through the storm. At 3pm I was in the shop getting tires put on my truck. To the driver who went and drove the tires from another shop to Howell thank you. You all are my angels. There is more to this story but I'd like to keep that private. A Christmas miracle really is possible with this group. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I don’t bother going anywhere else for any purchases or repairs for my Ford Explorer . Anytime I call, they know me by name, and more often than not I can bring my vehicle in immediately. Dan and Ray are extremely easy to work with, the office staff is great and their prices are competitive.
Received oil change and a report on my vehicle what was good and what needs replacement in the future and prices. I was in and out of the waiting area less then an hr. The service was great. Everyone has a smile and a warm greeting. I will definitely be going back for my tires.
