WNY Strike Zone

I’ve played and trained at hundreds of places around the country since the age of 10 and without a doubt, WNY Strike Zone is by far one of the best baseball training experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Coach James is a great guy with knowledge and love for the game. At any given time the facility is full of some of the best high school, college, and pro talent in Upstate New York. The energy is always fun and productive and will definitely get you better. My college teammates and I love coming here and Coach James has connected me to scouts all over the country. His social media game is also on point! If you want to get better and be surrounded by the best ball players, train at WNY Strike Zone.

Strike Zone has an unmatched environment! Every time you come here, the coaches, the athletes, the trainers just find ways to make you get better. I have developed a better understanding of how to improve my hitting and pitching velocity through both strength and movement based training. I love the technology and the feedback it provides to help me make adjustments and improve even faster.

My experience at Strike zone has been nothing but outstanding. Jimbo creates outstanding relationships with any players that walk through the door. On top of his professional experience and knowledge makes his place top to none. He has top level equipment for performance training and is aways looking for ways to help his players get better. The environment is driven by the high level players who are there finding ways to compete and get better every day. Every time you're in there you hear pro, college, high school players all talking to each other, learning from one another, helping find ways to navigate through all aspects of baseball and the life that comes with it.
