D&R Collision

Had my car in for a new bumper, headlights, and some undercarriage plastics that were missing/damaged. They did an amazing job with attention to detail and fair pricing. Would recommend. Will go back the next time I mess my car up! lol

Three weeks ago I hit a deer, and let me tell you from the beginning Diane has kept me informed of what is going on every set of the way! My car looks amazing, and I couldn’t be any happier!!

D&R has been so helpful in a number of areas. 1) I requested an estimate for minor damage done by a raccoon. Most places wouldn’t look at it, without getting insurance company involved. They did. 2) Quoted me a cash price…(a little less than by payment by other means. I appreciate that.
3) Due to my inability to make payment within posted business hours, the owner stayed for a few minutes extra, to allow me to not only pay early but allowed me to pick up my car the day before expected!
4) the owner is very kind and knowledgeable about mechanics!

I had visited I was not happy with the collision shop I had first visited because they were slow in that it seemed like just "lost" my paperwork and didn't call me back for a week. So I thought about trying D&R. I had heard good things about this business.

In a days time I was able to get in, show Diane the estimate and she took it from there. There was a delay in getting a part but that was not her fault. That's worldwide. She kept me up-to-date with a timeline and it came in when she was hoping.

I had a badly banged-up front after hitting a deer. The deer was fine and got up and ran away, the car not fine. Now, the car looks absolutely amazing. I don't think it looked this good when I bought it. Well done D & R and thank you for making my car look gorgeous.

We had our car towed to D&R a few weeks ago after my wife was run into by a deer. We were told that D&R does great work by a friend of mine that we trust so we took the car to them. They were great to work with, great with communication and very fairly priced. The process took a little longer than they originally had estimated but that can be expected with the current supply chain issues and the 2 days of delayed deliveries due to a snow storm that slowed the process down. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed work done on their car after an accident.
