I can't begin to express the phenomenal and stellar collision work this place provides. I've brought 3 separate vehicles to this place and every time without fail they continue to exceed my expectation every single time. I had some dents and scratches repaired. They did a great job and even detailed my car inside and out.

Took my car to Rich Burns Certified Collision. I did some frontend damage to my 2013 Ford Edge after hitting black ice. All the staff was wonderful to work with. They ordered the parts and had them painted and ready to install. They only needed to keep my vehicle for one day. Also, they also took care of a few other issues that I was having with my vehicle.
When I went to drop the vehicle off, I noticed my passenger windshield wiper had come off (not sure how). I didn’t mention anything. Then when I picked the vehicle up, the wiper had been replaced and the car was clean inside and out. The frontend repairs were well done. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Was recommended to stop by and get an estimate for collision damage. Called and made an appointment, they handled everything from there. The finished work was well above and beyond what I had expected. The service was honest, friendly and professional. New customer for life in myself.
