I’ve worked with B.O.M.B Squad Fitness many times over the past few years, and they have been some of my favorite training sessions! Jacob is a wonderful trainer who takes the time to get to know his client’s needs so that he can tailor the workout accordingly while also helping to push you out of your comfort zone in a safe and empowering way. The workouts are challenging but doable. My favorite class is Practical Sports Intervals: you always start with a great warmup, ladder drills to get the heart pumping, and then two rounds of HIIT involving various moves (running, rowing, box jumps, weights, barbells, TRX, and more!). B.O.M.B. Squad offers a great variety of class options and there is something for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Definitely check them out!

Really nice place, staff are really friendly, my only complaint is that the equipment will sometimes start beeping at me, seemingly at random. As well, all of your analog clocks are in very odd spots, and have exposed batteries. other than that, wonderful place!
