(August 10, 2018, 10:00 pm)I’m new to the pool world so I was a bit anxious about not knowing what to do, but Rick was super helpful over the phone and guide me in the right direction. That made me feel a lot more confident. Decided to walk into the store to grab some supplies and Kyle was very knowledgeable and extremely informative. Service is excellent with this at Crystal Pool. You will not be disappointed.

(July 22, 2018, 1:25 pm)Crystal Pools is the most knowledgeable place that you can go to if you have any questions regarding the perfect running of your pool. They never try to sell you chemicals that you don't need. I've been to other places that actually suggest chemicals that cause other problems down the road. I highly recommend them.

(June 13, 2018, 2:39 pm)What makes Rick the best is how much he loves Pools. I have loved pools since the time my parents put a pool in our backyard when I was 7 years old. The entire staff at Crystal Pools is so friendly and helpful! They have so much patience. I love how they take the time to teach you everything there is to know when it comes to maintaining your pool. People always say it is so hard to have a pool well if you have Crystal Pools to help you it is not! There is no other pool place to go to in this area. If you try Crystal Pools I guarantee you will never use another pool place again! Thank you to all the staff at Crystal Pools for helping me to get my 20 x 40 in ground pool crystal clear. It is going to be a great summer for me and my daughter! And Rick you are the Guru of Pools! Have you seen the gorgeous weather forecast? Here Comes The Sun ????

(June 4, 2018, 1:17 pm)I don't know what's going in my mind when I first wrote my review to Rick and Crystal Pool company. Now my pool looks so clean and so fresh just like how I saw it when I purchased the house, even better. He showed me how cleaning is done and answered virtually all my questions. He even checked my basement to see how to work the shower adjacent to my pool and figured out how to make it work again. He is a pool guru. Now I know why everybody seems to get him to take care of their pool. They really get busy since they take care of almost all the pools in the neighborhood and others. Keep up the good work.
