    If you wanna get bigger, faster and stronger then this is the place to go. Strength training and agility work are just some of the many things that STS has to offer. Coach Tom Sobotor is one of the nicest guys I know and can get you in shape and gain muscle. Definitely the place to go if you’re looking to get rise above the rest.

    Sobotor Training Systems is a great gym. Workouts are engaging and effective in a fun atmosphere. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of strength and conditioning and makes sure his clients stay healthy and get results! I would highly recommend STS!

    I love the work out, it’s tough but very well planned out. I always feel great when I leave. I always leave feeling stronger, more powerful, confident and ready to start my day. Also the people you work out with are great - lots of athletic abilities but everyone is so encouraging you can’t wait to go back.
    Tommy our trainer is always changing it up so your always challenged.

    Good for the body , good for the mind, and good for the soul. I love the atmosphere , I love the people, and I love what I can achieve every time I step through the doors. If you want to do yourself a favor, look no further than STS. You will not regret a moment. Thank you to Tom for believing in me and making me check in with myself as to what I’m really capable of. I’m a better person because of this program and there is no where to go but up! #riseabove
