Great service. Employee team is excellent

I was referred to Prestige Autobody in Chester NY by our dealership, Warwick Jeep. We had just purchased our Jeep Cherokee when I struck a large multi-point deer on a dark country road. He had literally bolted from the trees, right in front of the car. The unlucky deer met his end quickly and painlessly. The Jeep however was not so lucky. My Esurance coverage was outstanding but I was concerned that the Jeep would never be the same.

The entire front end had been smashed including lights, grill, bumper, internal air conditioning radiator and hoses, bumper and some side moldings. The car was drivable but not by much. Having been through other bodywork experiences, I was not looking forward to another one. It is almost always an administrative nightmare and a challenge to manage every phase of the repair and rehabilitation, which for me, is not among my skill sets.

Paul's shop was highly recommended so I thought it was worth the risk. I called Paul and introduced myself. I told him that I was a tough, fussy customer when it came to my cars and did he really want to do this? He rolled with it, and said all the right-sounding things... told me that his shop is trusted to repair the most high-end and exotic of cars and that he makes sure that he does what it takes to please everyone. Of course everyone says that but he sounded sincere and I went with him.

Paul and his team promised 110% and then went on to OVER deliver on his promises. Not only did he carefully execute his autobody craft but he ministered to numerous other players in support of that effort, like herding cats. And he did that quietly and professionally. He said what he would do, and it all actually happened just the way he said it would. He's good at what he does and doesn't beat his chest over it.

So what I found unique along with the promised quality of the bodywork, was the administrative perseverance and expertise that underpinned this month-long project. There were parts availability issues along with insurance hurdles that needed almost daily attention. Paul quietly pushed the work forward every day without compromising quality. He turns this logistical nightmare into daily progress. We certainly wish that the accident never happened, but having Paul and his team in our corner certainly lessened the pain. And the car looks better than it did before the accident.
