Highly recommend that you speak with Amy if you're going through tough times within your personal life. She will give you the tools necessary to navigate these hardships and to build healthy relationships with family members, spouse, friends, etc.

I highly recommend Ms. Wohl for couples therapy. There are so many issues that arise when dealing with problems in a relationship and having a competent therapist is like inviting a referee. Amy organized our thoughts, worries, and issues and removed negativity from the equation. She forced us to dwell on what we needed from the relationship rather than playing the blame game with each other. Sometimes our responses to her questions were surprising, even to a couple who has been together for over thirty years, because she made us see each other with new eyes. It's nice to know that you can still discover new and interesting facets to someone you've known so intimately for so long. We decided to leave therapy after several months because we felt we had enough insight to deal with our problems, but she invited us to return for a "tune-up" whenever we thought it might be necessary. We left her much happier and even more in love than when we first approached her!

When I first went to Amy, I wasn't sure what to expect with therapy. When I left after my first session, I felt empowered and ready to see what I was capable of. What I really love about my sessions with Amy is that she allows me to dig deep and get to the root of things. She was very matter of fact, compassionate and kind. She provided me with tools and strategies to help guide me.

She has a wonderful way of leading you to your own self-discoveries. She has a great understanding of the connection between mind, body and soul. Everything relates to each other (physical, emotional and mental). The sessions are geared towards me. Sometimes, we sat in her office, while other times we walked the trail.

If you are looking for a therapist, I would highly recommend Amy. I was able to easily connect with her and from my first day, she made me feel comfortable and ready to see what I am capable of.

I can’t say enough good things about Amy. I went to Amy for help with a very personal matter with my spouse. We found the atmosphere in her office very comfortable and private. We felt relaxed to open up to her and were confident that our information was confidential. Amy gave us insight to our feelings that we never considered that made so much sense when explained to us. The exercises she gave us to practice at home were so helpful to us. Her therapy to us was not open ended and during our time we progressed to a renewed relationship. She also set a genuine tone during our visits that let us know she truly cared for our wellbeing. Having been is counselling before I can vouch for Amy being one of the best in her field.
