  I have been a customer of Jay Hoffman Insurance since 2014. We are a small business in Middletown, NY-always mindful of having the right coverage for our small business needs. I am glad I met Jason when their office was in Middletown, NY. I immediately liked Jason, great person, very honest. He took the time to review and answer all of our concerns and questions about what the best options for coverage as well as economically friendly for my business.
  As any business owner will tell you, we are always learning and change is inevitable. When you have a good working relationship with an agent and agency you Trust-- you can't go wrong.

  I just want to thank and recommend the staff at J Hoffman insurance. I had a wonderful experience, but it seemed too good to be true, so I was waiting until the paperwork was done to post this. I went to see Lisa at the office and she showed me what our new costs would be and I was flabbergasted. On homeowners insurance alone, we are saving over $300!! Add to that the savings on our cars and travel trailer and we are VERY happy! If you are looking for new insurance, I highly recommend going to see them.

  After using the big company names for my insurance needs, we decided to explore other options to provide us coverage. I cannot say enough about the service and level of knowledge that we received. Vicki is the most professional business development manager that I’ve ever dealt with and Jason is so knowledgeable with regards to the necessary information needed when dealing with something so important. Not only did we not have the proper and best coverage, but we were paying more money for a policy that wasn’t what we needed. Vicki and Jason are available to answer any questions and help their customers. Thank you so much!

  Was hesitant to switch as used a major company for years. Jason made the process so easy and ended up saving a ton of money in insurance with better coverage/ policy and the carrier we ended up with has been extremely responsive with all our needs..
