In reading some of the other reviews I was hesitant about this place but I must say the reviews were almost opposite of my experience here. My aunt stayed here, and as I live out of state I was very VERY pleased with her care upon every visit! The nurses were kind and caring. A nurse Thomas was extremely flexible, sensitive, and helpful when it came to my aunts many MANY demands. All in all it’s a 5star for me!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I have been an employee at Campbell hall rehabilitation center since August 2017. I have watched this facility grow in great ways in this short amount of time. The staff here are true caring beings who put all there effort into making sure the lives of the residents are as enriched as possible. This is also the most active facility when it comes to recreations department there is always something to do and resident are always happy and join in and have fun with others. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.
Sharing the experience of a recent rehabilitation resident in this review: call bells were answered quickly, staff were polite and respectful. Food preferences, once discussed, were addressed immediately and met consistently. Not a 5 star review because the resident-use computers were in process of being replaced, and he did not have his own computer with him. He could not be online during his rehab, which was important to him.
