(October 5, 2018, 2:12 pm)Had my 2013 Fiesta since 2015. I always keep up with maintenance and oil changes. Last night my oil pan light came on and I was a bit worried. I usually take the car to Leo Kaytes in Warwick where I bought it. They're booked til Oct. 17(so they say). I was so anxious to bring the car to a local shop I didn't even call ahead. I got here right as they opened and they took care of me right away. For some reason my oil was just bad before the 3 months or 5000 miles. I blame Ford in Warwick a bit because I always take my car there and this has never happened. I feel like maybe they made an honest mistake or were just negligent. Either way, when I told the woman here at Monro what I think happened she encouraged me to read up on my car and learn about what type of oil change services would be best for my car. She was friendly and helpful and I was taken care of right away. Nice customer service.

(September 27, 2018, 1:35 pm)Got an oil change and a New York state inspection for cheap. Oil change is only 14.99! They are honest and dont try to pull one over on you. They let me know everything was good with my car and sent me on my way no issues. Definitely recommend, very friendly too.

(September 24, 2018, 11:13 am)Ordered tires off of Tire Rack and had them delivered to the store for free, they put them on very quick and did an alignment for a pretty reasonable price. Friendly staff and WiFi, no complaints and will be using them again. Also saw oil changes are 14.99 right now so that’s a plus.

When I called they were able to get me a next day appointment, and had my car with exhaust issues in and out within 2 hours. They called and gave updates on the pricing before I picked up. I was super happy with their work, and the price was very fair. Definitely worth it & will be back.
