The facility at SWF has changed and this was the only thing I did not like. The rental cars are too far away and the bays are poorly marked buy company. This is not budget's fault, but the Port Authority, I am guessing. It still needs to be remedied. It will be just terrible in bad weather. -

I was able to drop off and complete the paperwork in the parking lot, colleague completed their checks while I sorted my luggage. Would definitely use them again! -

(September 28, 2018, 10:23 pm)No auto manual to learn about the controls. Was asked to return to the terminal for another car only to find no cars come with manuals. Caused me to drive back 4 miles for nothing. I spent 3/4 hour figuring the controls (mainly navigation system). Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

I called the location to verify a few things before booking and they were incredibly helpful. I prepaid online for the lower rate and had no problem picking up the car. Pick up and drop off were incredibly fast. The staff member I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. The charges were all accurate and the amount they 'held' was released without issue within a day. I will choose & recommend this location without question! Thank you!
