I've gotten my pigs and cows butchered by Anthony for the past two years. Extremely pleased with his service.
We brought our two beautiful pigs to Kroll Farms for processing and we are so glad we did!! It could not have gone any smoother! Even during my very first phone call with Anthony, I could tell he was a pro! He was so down to earth, respectful, and he took the time to answer all of our many questions. The day we dropped off the pigs, he brought us on a full tour of his facility, which was extremely clean, and he explained everything regarding the hanging and butchering process of our two pigs in full detail. On the day we picked up the meat, we were absolutely amazed. Each package was beautifully vacuum sealed and labelled. He even boxed up each pig separately and labelled the boxes pig 1 and pig 2. We have only tried the pork chops so far, but they were by far the best pork chops we have ever had!! Thank you, Anthony, we will be seeing you again soon!!!

Recently had a steer butchered by Anthony. The cuts were great especially the hamburger it was excellent! I highly recommend.

I wanted to wait till I've had a few of the venison cuts. Well the jury is in from me AND my family. Fantastic, thank you. I am not normally a roast person, but the way that they are made/cut here were fantastic!! Not only were my timing needs met (I had to fly back to CA with all this), but the service went the extra mile to get as much meat packaged and frozen. It was done fantastically. Thank you & see you next season! Ready for the smoker!
