I recently switched from New Paltz State Farm where the customer service was awful to James Demmier in Port Jervis and it's night and day! We've been working with Shawn Neely and he is so responsive and always very clear on making sure we understand all the very complicated insurance needs. We're so glad we made the move - thanks to Shawn & Jame Deemier's office for making our insurance needs so clear and easy!
Loved working with Lisa at State Farm Insurance. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable with the policies I was getting with them. Didn’t feel like I was being oversold with stuff I don’t need. Highly recommend her and the team there.
Griffin gave me an awesome policy! Was super efficient and had great customer service. I accidentally created a second policy on the same vehicle and Sean was also able to help resolve the issue. I STRONGLY recommend using the team at Mr. Demmer’s office. Thanks again guys!
I have been with State Farm since the seventies and have always been satisfied. Two months ago I had to file a claim for the hospital indemnity insurance. The employee Shawn was so helpful and courteous and had my claim taken care of so quickly. I even sent him a thank you card for the extra things he did to expedite my claim. I will be forever thankful for Shawn and all of the employees at State Farm. Thank you again Shawn.
My husband and I have been insured with State Farm insurance for well over 15 years now. EVERYTHING we own is covered by State Farm. This is largely due to one of our favorite people who. Goes above and beyond in her obligations as an agent...Kim Ward. I once told Kim's former employer ( Mr. James Reyle) that if Kim Ward ever left we would be following. Kim gives us the highest form of customer service possible which is her time, knowledge, compassion and sometimes patience. This is quickly disappearing in today's corporate world. We're confident that if we need ANYTHING we can speak to Kim and not a digital ' representative ' to handle our concern. That is SECURITY. To us this is worth more than what any shiny, large corporate business can offer. We are happy to have her as our agent and after all these years our friend as well.
