(November 4, 2018, 8:13 pm)I just purchased a hot tub from Northstar Energy in Middletown. Dealing with Holly and Mark makes you realize what you lose in box stores or on-line. It was great to deal with the owners of a long-established trusted business who know their product very well and are truly focused on customer satisfaction and long-term development.
After I had secured my hot tub on my truck and was happy with how it was, Mark came back to me while I was inside wrapping up the last details with a few ideas of how to better secure it for the ride home. Not only did he suggest several good points, but he came out and assisted me in doing so. This attention to detail and sharing and application of years of experience is emblematic of my experience at Northstar; from when I first walked in with questions about hot tubs through leaving with my purchase.

(October 8, 2018, 10:30 pm)Get a Hot Tub! We recently purchased a Hotspring Flash and couldn’t be happier. Holly and Marc were so helpful in the entire process. Our hot tub is an awesome way to relax, relieve pain and enjoy our family. Highly recommend getting a hot tub and there’s only one place for a hot tub. Gotta go to Northstar!

(October 4, 2018, 3:58 pm)Northstar Energy installed a Lopi 564 Space Saver™ Deluxe gas fireplace for us about a year ago. We love our fireplace! Sales and service were excellent, and after the sale customer support has been fantastic. Especially like the remote control that comes with this unit: one click and Voila, you have a beautiful fire with many easily controlled options (flame height, fan speed, lighting, etc.) Did I mention that this fireplace heats the entire living room ! But you can also turn the flame down low and just enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace on warmer days. Northstar Energy did the basic install of the firebox, logs, and gas plumbing. The pictured custom marble surround was done by a different contractor.
