This place is amazing and the owners are some of the nicest people you will meet. They continue to go above and beyond for their customers. I recently bought an engagement ring from them. Most other places just show what’s there on display, but these guys sat with me and discussed everything. They educate on settings, diamonds, cuts, quality and more. They will even helped to custom make your own ring if you are looking for something particular, like I was. They brought in multiple diamonds and settings to look at before buying and showed me the differences in everything so I can decide for myself. It was the most ideal buying experience for such a big purchase. They are always fair on pricing and willing to work with people. I’ll never buy jewelry from another place.

My husband and I have used Sweet Feelings as our jewelers for over 20 years. My husband has purchased many gifts for me from Kiran and Dilip. We have also purchased gifts for our children and grandchildren. Sweet Feelings has now become our family jewelers in every sense of the word as our children now go there also. Every trip to the Galleria includes a stop to say hello and catch up on our families. We have never felt pressured to purchase anything and the customer service is superlative. It is a rare day that both my husband and I are not wearing jewelry from Sweet Feelings. I am complimented many times on my jewelry and asked where I have purchased it. So happy they have come through what has been a difficult time for family owned businesses. There reputation as golden, sterling jewelers remains solid.

If I could give more that 5 stars I would! Sweet Feelings Jewelers has been my family's jeweler for 25+ years. Every beautiful piece of jewelry I own has come from them. Their jewelry is excellent quality and their customer services amazing. Kiran and Dilip are amazing people, who I consider family friends. Even though I now live across the country, there was no one else I was going to trust with my mother's diamond or with finding my dream engagement ring setting for it. They found exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier! Not only is my engagement ring amazing, it also means so much to me that it came from Sweet Feelings!
