Friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty of stuff within walking distance 🤙

Jim and Ingrid treat you like family. I have stayed here 3 times. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms are clean and well kept. Extra blankets if it gets cool. A/C when it isn’t. Nice showers with bathtub too. Near town food trucks and other great spots within walking distance. I will be back. Thanks for the shuttles from the Appalachian Trail. It is located 200 feet past Dunkin Donuts on the right across from the ice cream place.

I stayed two nights here while hiking the AT. The room was super clean and had everything I needed. Jim hooked me up with all the local info I needed. There are restaurants and a coffee shop nearby and a convenience store and ice cream shop practically across the street. Recommend!

Good no-frills place to stay close to the lake, with really nice owners. The place is very clean, has WIFI, includes a working TV (fire stick with access to Amazon Prime/Showtime, Netflix etc.), window AC unit allows you to set your own temperature so you're not freezing or burning up, includes a refrigerator, freshly painted/all of the furniture matches itself, does NOT smell like smoke, modern and clean bathroom, and they are very generous with late checkout! The price, $85/night, is not bad for that you get!

A newly renovated motel at the center of all activities around Greenwood Lake; close to main street, restaurants, the lake and Mount Peter ski area. Ingrid and Jim are wonderful hosts, will go beyond to help and assist in all issues. A great find for the price, would recommend it strongly.
