(August 6, 2018, 9:16 am)Love this park for doing hilly loops on the road bike. Park at the circle for a built in rest stop with bathroom. No potable water in winter.

Parking area is located in the middle of nowhere and getting there can be troublesome in the winter due to road closures, but should be okay in the spring, summer, and fall seasons. I recommend this area for its beautiful landscape and it is a good distance from New York City
