The gardens are gorgeous The owners are wonderful, and the lily selection to view and purchase with such quality and quantity is over the top.

Placed an order online, 1st time buyer. Brent was very responsive to my inquiries regarding availability. Daylilies shipped out on Saturday and arrived on Monday. The fans that I received were of remarkable quality and size. Will definitely order again.

Botanical Brigadoon. Like the mystic Scottish village of the Lerner and Lowe musical, cottage gardens is a limited time miracle. They close in the second week in August, unavailable until the following summer.

Look at the pictures and see for yourself whether it's worth going. By the way, I understand you can call and try and make a personal appointment after closing, but not as simple as stopping by to see this amazing place.

A short trip from the Buffalo area to Cottage Gardens will fill your eyes and enhance your home garden with the most beautiful assortment of day lilies available in WNY. The you first come upon the fields, you will be reminded of a Monet painting - the flowers are healthy and stunning - so much more distinctive than the usual ones at the garden stores. I have purchased several of the plants, and was impressed both with their hardy quality and the generous size of the plant for the price. My day lilies from CG have been thriving in my garden for many years now, and I have been able to divide them. The owner has his field organized well; selecting flowers to purchase is down to a science to make it easy for the buyer and for the seller. Impressive. These plants are a joy to own. And, there are cats on the premises. What could be better?

This is such a wonderful place, we have been buying lilys there since 2011. The owners are always so very nice to us, and helpful with our selection. Even if you don't buy anything it's worth the trip to view the beauty of it all.
