I wish I could give them more stars. What a great company with amazing, personalized customer service. I work at a university and our rocket team used Pratt Hobbies for several years for their competition needs.

Working with students often leads to late requests or multiple requests in a short period of time. Doug took the best care of us, often combining shipping for us when multiple orders were placed close together. One occasion, they were out of a part we needed and Doug worked to find it and get it to us in almost no time. He is friendly and personable and left an impression on me even though my department no longer has a rocket team and I no longer have the pleasure of working with him.
