Connie Cramer Personal Training

I’ve worked out with Connie for several years now and she is amazing! Her experience with a wide variety of clients and her ten+ years of experience allows her to truly customize your experience. Connie has a unique ability to listens to what your goals are, needs, limitations, concerns, and preferences are in a program and then customizes a workout that is perfect for YOU.  Connie is then incredibly attentive during your workout, checking in and adapting exercises as needed throughout your session. She has the right mix of being motivational and nourishing  but will correct and push me to be my best without being overbearing. She is a true leader and guide during the process. We’ve come a long way together on my fitness, and she makes me so proud of my body!  I have better strength, endurance, and the best part, self-confidence.  Love her and would highly recommend her to anyone (especially females) that are nervous about getting started or want to feel confident about themselves. Working with Connie has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
