  I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe! Went into the store to switch to Verizon and pick up the S9 Note and the experience was easy and customer friendly the whole time. Joe really took his time and ensured I was comfortable with the new device and service highly recommend anyone to go to this store and ask for Joe!

  OK, sit back for a STELLAR review of this location, and specifically Joe and Roy. Or Roy and Joe. They both deserve top billing. I came in with an LG V20 which itself is working just fine. The problem was that I could not post on Twitter; I could 'like' posts, but say nothing myself. This was annoying and causing me psychological pain because I Have Opinions. Despite the fact that this location, by chance, does not sell my particular type of phone, both Joe and Roy labored over my phone, doing all manner of smart phone voodoo, plus giving me valuable advice about the potential evils of 3rd party apps. Roy particularly would *not* give up, and after pulling many tricks out of his metaphorical hat, full Twitter function was restored. Both of them are personable, nice as pie, humble yet wildly talented, at least to my technomoronic eyes. I will not go to any other location in the area, ever. If you need help, go here. If you need a quick laugh and a pleasant interlude while smart people work on your smart phone, go here. If you go to any other store in the area, your disappointment and frustration will be vast, and you'll deserve it, because I've just informed you that this is the ONLY place you should go. Brilliant, professional, nice. What more do you want?? Thank you, Joe & Roy/Roy & Joe.

  Received incredible service from Tim while helping me set up my new phone. He went out of his way to go over the functions I was unfamiliar with and provided additional information on my billing and coverage plan. A convenient location and intelligent service.

  I visited this store looking for a new phone. i was unsure about which one to choose. Tim was super helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to help narrow down my choices of phones to the best fit for me. He also helped me save money on my phone bill. Great experience. Definitely recommend this store. Ask for Tim.

  I wanted to get my daughter an iPhone for her birthday.
  I came to your store and was assisted by a very professional gentleman -
  Tim. He helped me make my decision and purchase so much easier.
  He gave me all the necessary info about the item, he was very friendly, understanding and of course patient (I had so many questions) sorry.
  I would highly return back to your store and highly recommend others to shop at your location.
