I liked the fact that Arthur took the time to listen to what we wanted and not tried to give us something else. I'm very satisfied with the sale. Although it took a little while. That's only because the vehicle was out of state.
My overall experience was great.

The staff was terrific. It started as a phone call which was very nice and gave me the interest of wondering if i could get a car. Then i showed up and i met Sheryl who was fantastic made me feel right home no pressure. The Manager and the guys who were there just helping in anyway they could.
I would recommend everyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used car go to Enterprise in Elmhurst Queens they have the best staff.

Me and hubby just purchased a car. Shavar Evans is a great salesman. He explained everything to us and work us through the whole process. He got us into exactly what we wanted and the whole experience was hassle free. If you’re looking to purchase a certified used car, he is the guy to see. The service was excellent. Absolutely loved my experience here. I worked with Tiffany who was very professional and easy going from the moment I walked in. The day that I went in, I had gone to about 3 or 4 different dealerships earlier that day and my experience with them was terrible; they all made me feel uncomfortable, they were unprofessional and for some reason avoided answering the questions I had. When I walked into enterprise, I was greeted by Tiffany. She sat us down and took the time and asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle before she even tried to push a sales pitch to me. She wasn’t forceful and honestly seemed very genuine. One thing I absolutely appreciated was her honesty with her answers. She was very knowledgeable, informative and kept her friendly and approachable demeanor the entire time. I must have asked her at least 70 questions and she answered every single one of them honestly. I’m not gonna lie, I even asked her some questions that I knew the answers to just to test her ????. If you are ever in the market for a vehicle and want some honest answers and a great quality vehicle that fits your budget, then this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
