Very good and professional service from all staff members and treated by physicians who truly cares about their patients health.

Clean and very organized waiting area, clean sanctuary facilities and patients waiting rooms.

I had an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine on Thursday, January 21st. I am not a patient of this group but I have to say that each and every person that I interacted with, especially Shevron and Sonja at the front desk, made it seem as if I had been going there for years. They had a terrific attitude towards all of the other patients as well. At a time when everyone's fuse is a little short, they handled everybody's issue with a smile and reassuring attitude. The nurse that administered the vaccine was great as well as the nurse in the "recovery" room. All of them should be congratulated for a job well done! Thank you ladies.

Today I had an exceptional experience at the AdvantageCare (AC) Physicians- Rockaway office. I was greeted by Ms. Sonia at the front desk and she was so kind, so professional, and just overall had great customer service which I value so much. She checked me in quickly, provided clear directions on how to proceed, and was incredibly responsive to all of the people coming into the office.

Shortly after, I was seen by two nurses who took my temperature, did my blood work, and conducted an EKG to check my heart. They were also incredibly professional and you could tell that they care about their patients because of their sincerity and the follow up questions they asked. I was impressed by this and very happy by the human interaction that I experienced today.

Finally, Dr. Hazarian is an incredible professional who shows compassion, care, and love for the medical practice. She was attentive and very thorough with the examination and welcomed questions. This was my first time coming to this office and I was so impressed by this team. At this point, I don't feel like going to the doctor's would be a struggle. Just being around genuine people and having that first class experience really made my day. Thank you ladies of the AC - Rockaway office!

Anytime I have needed care or any medical forms to be completed, the security staff, the receptionist, the medical assistants, and the doctors have worked collectively and professionally to assist in my care. I sincerely appreciate their work ethic and recognize their efforts to help the community. I also recommend existing and future patients to come to this office to address their health treatments or concerns. Thank you! 😀♥️

I visited this location today and to my greatest surprise the customer service was impeccable. The atmosphere and cleanliness was top notch. I live 40 mins away and I will definitely be making this my new home for my medical needs. Big shout out to Sofia extremely helpful and the other two ladies who check me in when i arrived. Honestly every single member of staff at this location went above and beyond
