John was amazing. I had an old key fob that was broke and ordered a new one for my 2012 Kia Forte. For some reason I couldn't lock the door of the car with the actual key so the car was sitting unlocked on the street and I needed it fixed asap. I called other locksmiths and they had no idea what I was talking about with my key fob or they just couldn't program it. Dealer said it would take a week for an appointment.
