First time to this establishment, not the Spa & Suana style. Pleasant experience for the price of $35/pp on a weekday. It's not luxury if that's what you're looking for in a day spa, but it was relaxing, refreshing and a restorative experience on a whim because we didn't plan on going here. Free parking underground.
When you arrive on one elevator, you'll need to remove your shoes and leave them at the front in a cubby. It's a no shoes facility. The other elevator takes you to their facilities while barefoot. At the front counter they accept cash, credit, debit and allow you to pre-pay any services in advance, but you can also pay at the end. You're given a waterproof wrist fob connected to your method of payment, which also identifies your locker number, and they hold your ID on file until you checkout. You're given linens (top & bottoms) and towels nicely rolled. There are no 🚫 clothes, no 🚫 towel (shower/bathing/bathing pools/scrubbing tables/steam room) areas, and they have signs posted that also mandate a no 🚫 phone usage policy in those areas.
The atmosphere was clean and well kept, while the staff helpful and available. I packed a lunch, but I believe no outside food is allowed, so I didn't take it. There's a full kitchen/seated cafeteria area, which was peaceful. The food prices were outrageous, though, I get it they've got to make a profit right. You have to return the linens by hamper bins in the locker rooms, not like to the counter, and you can close out your tab before you leave and pick up your shoes.

This is a spa and sauna in Murray Hills, 15 min walk from Flushing in Queens. I took a 7-train to flushing Main Street and then a bus (free transfer), which is accessible, though not the most convenient. It is a Korea spa, simple yet has the most important items. The male and female spa are seperate and need to be completely nude. In the male side, there are lockers, shower, pools, a dry room and a steam room. There is a uniform for the co-Ed side, which has ice room and warm room. People take a nap inside. It is $35.
