I came in today and had a cracked tire. I wanted them to just air it up, but they did not want me to leave unsafe with a cracked and damaged tire. I couldn't purchase a new one today and let him know i could do it next week. So this wonderful salesman, put a brand new tire on, free of charge. The customer service was top notch! I was shocked and left there with a smile, and now i can feel safe on the road. I will definitely be going back to this location to purchase the rest of my new tires next week! 100% recommend this discount tire!

Always friendly, professional, and so efficient that I can only read a few pages of my book 🙂. I've never seen anyone angry here even if the line to fill up air and tires is 15 cars long or the encounter surprises? When looking at tires. My favorite place. Great experience. I ordered wheels and tires online and set up an appointment for this past Monday. I got a call the Friday before from Garth, stating my tires were in but the wheels would likely be the middle of the week. Got a call yesterday that they were in and set an appointment for this morning.

I brought my car in and they weren't too busy, so I was greeted in the lot by Matt, who checked me in. There was a paperwork issue (NOT their fault; Discount sent them wheels with a different secondary bolt pattern than what I ordered, so they had to fix their inventory numbers) that added about five minutes to the wait. My car got pulled in immediately and I told them I'd be back later to get it because I had to work. I got a call about half an hour after that the car was done and ready. In and out in 45 minutes for a new set of tires and wheels is great. The staff at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. My car will be going back here for as long as I live here.

Got a new set of tires for the vehicle. Rides so much smoother now. Also did price match with a set they had and what I found online. Manager approved it with no hesitation at all. It’s really hard to beat the value you get when I can take you tires to be worked on at any discount tire around the nation and have all info and warranty info saved. Thanks DT.
