(June 7, 2017, 8:40 pm)I found this place from a Groupon and it was the best investment i made this year! I go three times a week and love how fun and exciting the classes are. The owner Fred is a great guy! Omar is a great instructor who makes the class fun, you pay for the motivation and he delivers it! I used to go to ilovekickboxing and it felt like i was in bootcamp compared to the energy this place provides. If you want a kickass workout that will push you to your limits then this is the place for you! I'm glad i did.

(May 8, 2017, 9:59 pm)I must say, I've never felt this good and energized like I have since I joined this gym. Omar and Fred are always coming up with exercises you've never seen or heard of before. I went from a size large to medium within a month and I've gotten much stronger! It's also a great stress reliever and it's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend this, but only to those who are serious about either staying fit or losing weight.
