(October 19, 2019, 2:01 am)I rent one of the Covert Station’s premium suites in the lower level and the rent is extremely fair for the exceptional construction quality (true room in room construction that is easily valued at close to $25k for my room alone).
Top points for building and project manager Lizzie, who was critical in the construction of the new space for my growing studio and audio production business. She was knowledgeable about the particulars of the extremely esoteric considerations that are involved in the construction of such spaces; was communicative and hands on in addressing concerns; and not afraid to ensure that any delays of construction were dealt with promptly.
Glad to call this place my professional home for the next 3-5 years. -
