  First class customer service! Flight delays which ended in an cancellation - I missed my birthday party and was not able to make it home. (After being stuck at JFK for over 10 hours.) However, Simone, who checked me in absolutely turned my night around with her hospitality and graciousness. She went above and beyond to make my short stay at her hotel a memorable experience. I travel extensively, and I simply don’t find that level of customer service anymore. In this case, however, Simone exceeded my expectations exponentially. Many thanks to her and her team! Highly recommend this hotel. Accommodations were great as well. Five stars all the way around!

  Brand new clean and crisp feeling with a 60s retro design look. A few museum grade displays with plenty of detail to wander around and look at. Some are TWA history oriented some are just 60s lifestyle oriented. We stayed on the 8th floor and upgraded to a Airport runway side view. It was a great bird's eye view to watch all Runway traffic takeoff and landings and vehicles going about their activities. I forgot to bring my aircraft band radio to listen to ground traffic control. That would have made it interesting. Even though the planes were taking off less than quarter mile away the 6 layer windows made the room more quiet than your average hotel next to the road. Plenty of lounges and restaurants to eat or spend time at.
  Rooftop heated to 94 degree pool with a great view. A little cool if you get out into cold wintertime air. Spacious basement Fitness room with a large locker room and numerous private showers.

  I didn't stay this hotel and didn't enjoy the bar so I don't have any idea of how good this hotel is. My review is just about the architectural space and ambience. The way to generate its unique space and make curbed lines with natural light is great. It's worth visiting, even if you don't stay there. I recommend you to stop by there if you have a little moment before security gate check-in or leaving the airport.

  Very pretty. I like the sixties retro feel. It's pretty cool that there is a bar inside an airplane. Food was good but pricey. There are people in cool sixties outfits who help you out. The retro cars are a nice touch.
