  I started planning my home with Nick at Farrell Homes at the onset of the pandemic. He was honest, patient and very responsive to all my questions. The process was relatively easy and the house is perfect! Every worker from Farrell was professional and did a great job. Connor in the office has been awesome and worked with me every step of the way. If you are planning on going with a modular, Farrell Homes is the one to go with!

  Working with Farrell Homes (specifically with Nick and Connor) has been a wonderful experience for us. We are now almost 10 months in our new home. We purchased both the land and home from Farrell. I can not say enough - we began planning in the summer of 21. It was so nice to get together plan our home. Nick was able to not only make real time floor plans but also provide us pricing for a custom home (unlike other places. You design - it is sent to factory for drawings/pricing-back and forth (taking weeks/months) All while we are crammed in a small temporary rental since we sold our house. Within a few weeks we designed and contracted for our home. The process was straight forward and there was not any surprises! By January 22 the site work was complete and our home was delivered. By April 22. The CO was granted-we closed and moved it. It was exactly what we imagined and contracted for. EVERY step of the way. Farrell was on the ball-communicated-educated us-coordinated projects by others (propane tank delivery/granite countertops install etc) and was responsive to our needs-questions and at times my emotional breakdowns! All within budget and on schedule. During setup. I had almost daily visits to the site, the Farrell crew/trades (Mike and others) were ALWAYS working-respectful and helpful.
  Since moving in, there has been a few occasions to contact them. This is where not only Nick but Connor has stepped in to manage not only our question but any outstanding “punch list” items (very few) Which were all completed (plus). We can always expect to hear back from them within hours. We talked/met began planning with at least 4 other builders prior to contracting with Farrell and I would recommend without hesitation Farrell to anyone looking to contact for a home!
  I would be happy to provide individual references for anyone that is debating on who to contract with!
  Thank you to the entire Farrell crew for making our retirement home exactly what we imagined!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of building our first house with Farrell Homes. We worked with Nick, who answered any questions we had, and made us confident in our decision to move forward with the building process. Throughout the entire experience, we were in frequent communication with Nick to ensure our home was exactly how we envisioned it to be. We were able to customize and add our own style to various aspects of the house. Whenever any questions or concerns came up along the way, Nick and the crew were easily accessible to take care of us.
  
  Overall we could not be happier with our house, and would recommend Farrell Homes to anyone looking to build their future home.

  My wife and I built with Farrell Homes a little over a year ago and we are very happy with our decision. We worked with Nick who was pleasant and straightforward to work with. What we love about our home is that Farrell worked with us to put us in a position where can enjoy our home both in the short and long-term with a variety of different options. If you are considering building with them you can customize just about anything.
  
  Like any builder, things didn't always go smoothly but Farrell made sure at the end of the day we were satisfied with the quality of our home.
