Elite Design Granite

Elite design was recommended to us by a friend and I am so glad it was! We priced our quartz at Home Depot as well, and they were much more expensive, and much less helpful. Kristine was in touch with me the whole time, they got a templater out in a few days and we had new stone in less than two weeks. It looks great, you can barely see the seams, and they were on time and professional for the install. Elite Design didn’t nickel and dime us, they gave us a quote and stuck to it. I’m very grateful for a speedy, straightforward experience. Few things about our remodel have been this simple!

We highly recommend elite , best price and fast service , top looks amazing, we shopped around for a few weeks and they were the best by far, they came the next day to template , 7 days later we had our top installed, 44 sq ft of beautiful black , eileen was great to deal with, the template guy knew exactly what I wanted quickly. The installers did a great job, they even shimmed one cabinet i forgot to shim instead of shimming the top, Being a buisness professional id highly recommend elite, I also was gonna try to do it myself but the cost would have been more, if we ever need more granite this is who we will call, thanks elite!!

I wanted to share my experience with Elite Design. We recently bought a new home and wanted to upgrade our kitchen. I practiced due diligence and shopped quotes from 5 different fabricators before I reached out to Kristine. From the moment I spoke with her I had a very good feeling. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. My career is in the hospitality industry so I appreciate good customer service. Kristine's customer service was second to none. It was at the highest level I have ever experience in any facet of a professional setting. When I met her at her shop I explained the look I wanted and she provided me with a wide selection and I found exactly what I was looking for. And then I got her quote which was considerably lower than all of the other's I received. We were on a very tight timeline to get our project done as we had to move out of condo before the renter moved in. Kristine sent her colleague, Matt, to take the measurements. He too was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. 6 days later, yes, I said 6 days later, Matt and his team showed up and in less than two hours, they had over 83 square feet of countertops installed. They made some small adjustments on the fly and left our place immaculate. During the process Kristine was in constant communication with me to keep up to speed on the progress of my project.All around, my experience with Kristine and her team was one of the best I've ever had and I have done multiple renovations on my homes over the years.
