CKO Kickboxing Great Kills

Love these classes! Dena’s 6 AM is amazing! All of the instructors are great! Love Nick’s classes also!

I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a great cardio workout in an hour. I used to do my cardio on the treadmill and elliptical but nothing can compare to this type of workout. All of the instructors are great. I am truly addicted to CKO!

​I absolutely love CKO. I procrastinated for almost 2 years before I went. Man, I wish I had gone sooner. Being a DJ, I absolutely love the high energy music they play and how the routines flow with it. I was going to the gym for years and it just got kind of boring. Not with CKO. I wake up in the morning and can’t wait to get there. The instructors are all amazing and have their own style. In the first year I went from 208lbs – 183lbs and I have to be honest. I do not always have the best diet. If you are thinking about trying it out, don’t feel intimated like I did at first. Even though the class is following the same routine, you can go at you own pace. You can modify any of the moves or exercises if you are not up to that point. The trial class is free so you have nothing to lose, except the weight. I hope you give it a try like I did and if you do I’m sure you’ll be hooked too.
