This is my first Google review. I had a mystery which MIke the owner of Richmond Lock and Key solved. My Fob was somewhere in the car, and as a result we couldn't lock the car. The car was open all night for anyone to start. Mike new exactly what to do. He re-programmed the two Fobs we had, which knocked out the lost key hidden under the carpet or somewhere. When I tried to start the car, with the fobs far away, it didn't start and I was applauding. How many of you celebrate when the car doesn't start. I did. Thanks Mike. You're a Fob virtuoso
